Tarja Takki-Halttunen
CHAIR, HALTON FOUNDATION
Vice Chair of Halton Group, and Chair and co-owner of the parent company’s Board of Directors. With a Master’s degree in HVAC technology, Tarja has been instrumental in shaping Halton’s culture and long-term vision. Together with Mika, she received the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2021 Family Enterprise award.
Mika Halttunen
VICE-CHAIR, HALTON FOUNDATION
Chairman of the Board of Halton Group, Mika has led the family-owned company since 1992, growing it into a global technology leader in indoor air solutions operating in 35+ countries. He holds a degree in HVAC engineering and was awarded the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2021 Family Enterprise award alongside Tarja.
Kai Konola
PRESIDENT, HALTON FOUNDATION
President and CEO of Halton Group since 2016, Kai brings extensive executive leadership experience from technology companies including Vaisala Oyj, where he served as Executive Vice President. Under his leadership, Halton has continued to expand its global operations across indoor air quality solutions.
Heikki Rinne
DIRECTOR, HALTON FOUNDATION
Former CEO of Halton Group for 13 years, Heikki oversaw the company’s evolution into one of the world’s leading providers of demanding indoor climate solutions. His deep expertise in building technology and indoor environmental systems continues to inform the Foundation’s grant strategy and mission.
Rick Bagwell
TREASURER, HALTON FOUNDATION
Former President of Halton Group Americas for over 22 years, Rick oversees Halton’s North American operations headquartered in Scottsville, Kentucky, the same community where the Halton Foundation is based. A strong advocate for community investment, Rick has championed the Foundation’s charitable mission from its founding.
